As Head of Real Estate at Plutus, she brings 9 years of experience across debt and equity capital markets. She has led capital raising for real estate developers through debt and private equity, executed structured property divestments for corporates, and advised on institutional investment sales of core assets. Prior to joining Plutus, she worked with DAM Capital as a coverage banker and with leading international property consultants including Colliers International, Cushman & Wakefield, and Knight Frank. A postgraduate in Economics, she was also recognized among Equalifi’s “Top 100 Women in Finance” in 2019.

He has vast experience in aircraft and project financing in India and has successfully undertaken multiple assignments for some of the top corporates of the country. In his past roles he has been associated with reputed firms like ICICI Prudential Life, Kotak Mahindra Bank, HDFC Bank, SREI-BNP Paribas, Rentworks, OPC, Future Group and has been instrumental in large ticket funding for various blue-chip companies. At Plutus he heads business development & leasing functions.

Chartered Accountant with 5 years of experience in Pre Bid Advisory, Financial Modelling, Project & Construction Financing, Structured Financing, Working Capital Finance and Corporate Advisory. He has been involved in fund raising deals for PPP projects, ECB deals, specialized equipment financing, working capital tie ups etc. In his previous roles, he was involved in audit of real estate companies and corporate taxation.

Chartered Accountant with experience of closing deals in the Real Estate Sector right from land acquisition, overdraft limits, construction finance for greenfield, redevelopment and SRA Projects. In his previous roles he has an experience of over 3 years with direct and indirect taxation, Account Finalization, Tax Audits and Individual Taxation.

A management graduate with nearly 2 years of experience as an Analyst at ICRA, one of India’s top credit rating agencies. In this role, she assessed companies’ creditworthiness, prepared detailed rating reports, and conducted in-depth research on industries and business models, while building strong expertise in financial modeling, credit analysis, and due diligence. She worked on rating assignments for medium to large listed entities across diverse sectors such as healthcare, automotive, hospitality, export, and manufacturing. For over 2 years at Plutus, she has been actively engaged in debt syndication and project financing, including Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) projects.

MBA graduate with experience of handling government advisory functions for various state and central authorities along with working capital transactions and financial modeling. In his previous roles, he was involved in raising funds internationally in the defense and manufacturing sectors, as well as in working capital finance and debt financing for construction projects.

A Chartered Accountant with expertise in statutory and tax audits, financial reporting, transfer pricing, and regulatory compliance, she has applied Ind AS and US GAAP across sectors including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and financial services. She has previously worked with Kalyaniwalla & Mistry LLP and Deutsche Bank, where she managed audits, compliance reviews, and financial analysis for leading corporates, demonstrating strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Chartered Accountant with expertise in evaluating equity and debt investment opportunities across buy- and sell-side mandates, executing end-to-end project financing solutions, and optimizing working capital financing strategies. In addition, he is also involved in the real estate construction finance vertical of Plutus. He brings a strong analytical foundation in financial modeling, market sizing, due diligence, and investment structuring to support strategic investment decisions. Previously, he spent 2 years in real estate development, leading financing, pricing, sales, and operations, and 3 years in audit and tax advisory for listed companies, multinational banks, and HNIs, including litigation up to ITAT.

She brings over 2+ years of Audit Assurance experience, having worked extensively with Manufacturing and Banking clients across India. At Plutus, she is currently engaged in HAM and BOT projects, along with loan takeovers.
